Medico-Legal Assessments

The Trauma Recovery Centre can provide Medico-Legal Assessments for the Court or for insurance purposes. The report follows a standard structure that includes:

– a review of the person's current symptoms
– a review of any medical notes
– an opinion as to a diagnosis
– an opinion as to the effects of the symptoms on the persons employment and lifestyle
– a prognosis and recommendations for treatment
